When you tell them that you’re anorexic and bulimic they should not say “if you don’t eat then you can’t purge”.
When you tell them that them saying you’re ‘thicc’ offends you they shouldn’t continue calling you thick and a week later come up with “she so thicc it isn’t fair, she always come with a chair” when you sit on a railing.
When you say that you’ve lose 10 pounds they shouldn’t say “omg good job I’m proud of you”.
When you show them a picture of dinner which is 1 apple and 17 grapes they shouldn’t say “that’s my girl. You’re amazing”.
When they catch you looking at your skinny friend longingly they shouldn’t say “that’s your goal right?”
When you catch them flirting with another girl he shouldn’t defend himself by saying “she’s just so little and cute tho”.
Fuck you. Fuck abusive relationships. Get the fuck away from the toxic people in your life.
I can gladly say I am no longer in that relationship. It was complete hell to date him and i wish I had the courage to break up with him sooner. Someone who says they love you should not encourage you to destroy your body no matter what. To be clear I am not overweight, I am in the middle of a healthy weight and all of my measurements are average or below (I do not mean to brag, I still hate myself I just want to give you context). If you’re in a relationship like this, they may say they love you but they don’t, get out of it. If they loved you they would encourage you to recover. Fuck him. I’m glad he lost me.

They shouldn’t encourage unhealthy weight-loss.

They shouldn’t look at other girls when they have you.

You’re deserving of someone who loves you how you are now. YOU’RE DESERVING OF SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T PUT HIS IDEALS FOR YOUR BODY OVER YOUR HEALTH.
This applies to all relationships, not only romantic. Your parents shouldn’t encourage it, your siblings shouldn’t encourage it, your friends shouldn’t encourage it. You are reaching out for help, not for bullshit real life versions of ‘ana coaches’.

when it came to my relationship with food my ex was actually the complete opposite of this I’m so fucked up from the relationship before him I wanted him so badly to treat me like this I would pressure him to lock up food from me and to only allow me certain foods (which he refused to do) I wish I could apologize to him for the abuse I put him through when it came to my body dysmorphia and self hate he of course didn’t 100% understand what I was going through and had hurt me in some innocent/naive ways but he was actually pretty great to me when it came to all of it and I hate myself for putting him through such hell I would beg him to call me fat and to trigger me god knows how he feels about how I treated him I wish there was someway of making it up to him without it being about me and my own self indulgent guilt

the average person needs a minimum of .8 grams of protein per kg of weight (or .36 grams of protein per pound) so as not to have a protein deficiency.
- a 45kg/100lb person needs at least 36 grams of protein per day
- a 54.5kg/120lb person needs at least 43.2 grams of protein per day
- a 63.5kg/140lb person needs at least 50.8 grams of protein per day
- a 72.5kg/160lb person needs at least 58 grams of protein per day
- a 81.5kg/180lb person needs at least 65.2
grams of protein per day
- a 90.75kg/200lb person needs at least 72.6
grams of protein per day
- a 113.3kg/250lb person needs at least 90.6
grams of protein per day
- a 136kg/300lb person needs at least 108.8

to cook: boil until the soybean pods start to float, drain, then add salt (107 calories)
🥕 in 6 ounces of firm tofu, there is: 140 calories, 16 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 0 grams of sodium, and 8 grams of fat
to cook: slice into small cubes and stir-fry with spray-oil, soy sauce, and vegetables (broccoli and carrots work good and are both super low-cal! the whole meal is 200 calories if you use 1 cup of each vegetable)
VEGETARIAN:
🧀 in 4 egg whites, there is: 68 calories, 14 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 219 milligrams of sodium, and 0 grams of fat
to cook: preheat small pan with a little spray oil. separate the egg whites and yolks with your fingers, then discard the yolks (or use for someone else’s meal). cook the egg whites on medium heat until firm, scrambling occasionally. add salt and pepper to taste, and eat on 1 slice of bread (158 calories with a 90 calorie slice of whole wheat bread)
🧀 in 1 cup of skim milk, there is: 90 calories, 8 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 130 milligrams of sodium, and 0 grams of fat
to cook: eat with 1 cup of plain cheerios and 1 packet of sugar substitute for a 190 calorie breakfast!
🧀 in 5.3 ounces of low-fat greek yogurt, there is: 150 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 60 milligrams of sodium, and 4.5 grams of fat
to cook: put plain yogurt in a bowl with ½ cup of any berry and one packet of sugar substitute. stir and enjoy (200 calories or less)
CARNIVORE:
🍖 in 4 ounces of baked chicken breast (boneless and skinless), there is: 110 calories, 23 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 180 milligrams of sodium, and 3 grams of fat
to cook: preheat oven to 190C/375F. spray baking pan with spray oil. rub chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. put the chicken in the pan and cover with a piece of tin foil. bake for 40 minutes (110 calories)
🍖 in 3 ounces of yellowfin tuna canned in water, there is: 99 calories, 22 grams of protein, 0 grams of fiber, 288 milligrams of sodium, and 1 gram of fat
to cook: drain can, then add low-fat greek yogurt, lemon juice, low-fat mayo, apples, pickle juice, or cucumber (there’s a million different things you can add, so experiment! 150 calories or less)
so there we go! make sure you’re eating enough goddamn protein, for faster weight loss, and a healthier body!
